This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains the privacy practices of samadhiBot, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) for our application BabbleDeck Math (“App”).
The App collects a nickname or first name of the user for display in the User Interface (UI). This is the only personal data that we collect. No other personal data, such as contact details or identification numbers, is collected from the user.
We use the collected name or nickname of the user only to personalize user experience within the App.
We do not share, distribute, sell or lease any personal information. The personal information of the user is not transmitted or stored anywhere outside their device.
The App uses on-device speech recognition technology to allow users to interact verbally. This feature does not involve the transmission or storage of voice data. Any voice data used for speech recognition remains solely on the user’s device and is deleted after processing.
To continuously improve our App and guide future development, we collect anonymous usage data. This includes interaction times, features used, and other non-identifiable information related to the usage of the App. This data cannot be traced back to individual users. We do not sell this data or use it for any kind of advertising. Its sole purpose is to enhance the functionality and performance of our App.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App.
